Personal Chefs' Compensation
Mr. Ehrlich personally screens all KM Personal Chefs, all of whom are professionals with top-notch skills and references. Your Personal Chef may live in your home, if you prefer. Compensation is commensurate with experience and the type and length of assignment. Salaries for cooks and sous chefs range from $40,000 to $60,000 annually. Chefs and Star Chefs earn from $100-200,000 plus.
